Grampa thought the day after Disneyland should be quiet and relaxing, giving Dennis a chance to rest up.
What Grampas forget is that when you are nine years old, you don't need to be quiet, to relax, or to rest up.
Our refrigerator was acting up, so we borrowed a small one from Leslie, at her school.

Then Grampa asked Dennis if he would like to go to the Korean market, and he said yes.
We walked around the market for a while and then Grampa asked Dennis, "Where do you want to eat?" Dennis replied, "Burger King!"
So we went to Burger King.

On our trip to the Korean Market, we could see the snow on the mountains. If you click on the picture, maybe you can get a better view of the snow.

After lunch, Dennis hopped on the scooter for some exercise.

Then he wanted to play tennis so we went to the nearby court.
He is very good - Grampa did not last very long.

Dennis still had enough energy to play on the swings and the other playground equipment.

On the way home from the park, we stopped at a neighbor's house. They have three boys, two cats, and one dog. The boys played with Legos for an hour and a half while Grampa did some errands. Dennis, Alex, and Lucas.

Finally something that Grampa thought would be good for a quiet Saturday - we went to church.
Aunt Yura called and spoke briefly with Dennis because it was his bedtime. Maybe tomorrow will be a quiet, relaxing day to rest up.
