Disneyland - Wet, But That's How We Roll !

Dennis and Grampa both woke up early, about 5:10, so after breakfast, we got to school before anyone else. It was dark and raining; we waited and waited. Finally some other cars arrived bringing Dennis' friends.










Mr. Paul An gave instructions to all the students.














And he reminded all the parents to come back at 9pm to pick up the kids.














Finally the school bus arrived and the students were carefully counted as they boarded the bus. It was after 7am, but some students were just arriving.

Dennis had a bag with a snack, a water bottle, and an extra pair of socks. Grampa persuaded him at the last minute to take an umbrella, because some of the other students had them.

Dennis is always talking about two sisters, Yi Hae-rin and Yi Hae-na; Grampa thinks these girls are always wearing pink so he said Hello to Yi Hae-rin this morning.

When Grampa got to the school at 8:50pm, the students were already there. Dennis was easy to find in his red jacket.

How was Disneyland? "Fun"
What was your favorite thing? "Space Mountain"

So the all day trip produced three words!

The extra socks came back home unused, and Dennis was dry and warm.

On Monday, there will be another trip to Santa Barbara.
